Join us on May 21st at Brixham Park in the heart of Ballantyne for the second class of our series, Fitness at Brixham Park! We’ll host Ashlea Sovetts teaching an all levels slow flow yoga class from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Join in for an hour uplifting slow flow Yoga class filled with breathwork, meditation and gentle stretching. The perfect way to end your day feeling relaxed, with ease and surrounded by a supportive community! This practice welcomes Yogi’s of all levels.
Equipment: Yogi's are welcome to bring a Yoga mat or towel, any other props such as blocks or blankets and water!

All class participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.
Tenants of Northwood Office can attend the class for free. Tenant must provide proof of logged in goBallantyne app upon arrival to class.
Those interested in attending the class who are not corporate tenants can attend the class for $5 plus tax.
We will provide yoga mats or you can bring your own.
