Join us on July 16th at Brixham Park in the heart of Ballantyne for the fourth class in our series, Fitness at Brixham Park! We’ll host Emily Browning for a full body workout class from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Emily is bringing you a full-body, functional workout that targets all muscle groups designed for all fitness levels. The goal of the workout is to increase cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength. Coach Emily has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years and knows how to push people to their limits in their workouts!

All class participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.
Tenants of Northwood Office can attend the class for free. Tenant must provide proof of logged in goBallantyne app upon arrival to class.
Those interested in attending the class who are not corporate tenants can attend the class for $5 plus tax.
We will provide yoga mats or you can bring your own.
