On-Site FAQs for Esther & Elsa's Retail Markets

Event season is officially here, and there is A LOT to keep track of! So to help you navigate your upcoming market days, we are answering the most frequently asked questions we get from our vendors.

Can I Arrive Early?

Punctuality and preparedness are always appreciated. However, arriving earlier than your scheduled time blocks our limited load-in zones and hinders other vendors from effectively preparing their market space.

If you do arrive at an event site early, please feel free to park nearby temporarily, but do not enter the load-in zone.

Why Are Load-In Times Only 30 Minutes?

Load-in times accommodate the time it will take you and the other vendors in your time slot to arrive, unload your products, tent, and displays from your car, deliver those items to your space, and move your car into a nearby parking space.

If you find yourself spending too much time making trips back and forth to your car, we highly recommend this wagon which not only folds up neatly before and after market but also has a specific pouch for your 10’ x 10’ tent underneath!

How Do I Know Where My Space Is?

The first place to familiarize yourself with your space location will be in your “Day-Of Information” email sent the Tuesday before your event. Here you will receive your space number and a map outlining where your space is located.

On the day of the event, event staff will help direct you to your space which will be clearly marked by either chalk numbers written on the pavement, flags for grassy spaces, or, if the event is indoors, painters’ tape outlines!

Where Should I Park?

We will always provide suggested or designated parking areas in our Day-of Information emails. However, our general rule is always to reserve the closest parking spaces for attendees!

Easy parking = happy guests!

Can I Order Food During the Event?

Event days are long, and we don’t want your tummy grumbles to scare away possible sales, so we got you covered!

While our event staff delivers water and snacks at most events, this year, we’ve included some options to have a meal delivered right to your booth!

Front Porch Fest @ RCSE

Our quarterly Front Porch Fest at Resident Culture South End now offers QR codes for each participating vendor to order food and drinks directly to their booth!

Front Porch Sundays

We have partnered with Trolley Barn to offer a delicious lunch package for vendors at Front Porch Sundays. This option is available through our Vendor Opportunites form that is sent out following your acceptance to Front Porch Sunday. You can choose from the four available lunch options and have one less thing to worry about on event day!
