Vendor Community Coordinator Responsibilities


The Esther and Elsa team is growing and looking to fill the role of Vendor Community Coordinator immediately. This role is critical to the health of our company and small business community.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for our vendors to the Esther and Elsa team.

    • Offer support, insight, and answers to vendor questions.

    • Set and manage communication campaigns for vendors

      • Build event applications

      • Set communication timeline and implement tightly

      • Monitor, track, and report feedback

      • Send event guideline information


  • Manage vendor application process

    • Choose vendors for markets and festivals based on E&E guidelines

    • Send acceptances and invoices, and track payments

    • Answer application questions in a timely manner

  • Support Project Manager role

  • New vendor onboarding and orientations

  • Plan and manage workshops and socials for vendor community

  • Manage communication via website

Details about this job include:

  • Starting rate of $20/hour

  • 15-20 hours a week to start with potential to become full-time

  • Flexible work schedule after first 90 days

  • Partial in-office and remote work

  • Esther and Elsa administrative staff must work one event per month
