Position Filled: Part-time Administrative Assistant

The Esther and Elsa team is growing and we’re looking to add someone in the position of Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities would include:

  • Vendor communications, billing, application management

  • Maintain application calendar

  • New Client Onboarding

  • Develop and maintain filing system (both digital and physical)

  • Staff communication

  • Generate Reports and presentations

  • Prepare and communicate invoices

  • Equipment Inventory Management

The right person for this position would be:

  • An autonomous worker

  • strong in their intuitive senses

  • Organized

  • Great with communication

  • Detail Oriented

  • Adaptable

Details about this job include

  • Starting rate of $20/hour

  • 15-20 hours a week to start with potential to become full-time

  • Flexible work schedule after first 90 days

  • Partial in-office and remote work
