Position Filled: Part-time Administrative Assistant
The Esther and Elsa team is growing and we’re looking to add someone in the position of Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities would include:
Vendor communications, billing, application management
Maintain application calendar
New Client Onboarding
Develop and maintain filing system (both digital and physical)
Staff communication
Generate Reports and presentations
Prepare and communicate invoices
Equipment Inventory Management
The right person for this position would be:
An autonomous worker

Details about this job include
Starting rate of $20/hour
15-20 hours a week to start with potential to become full-time
Flexible work schedule after first 90 days
Partial in-office and remote work
